CANCELLATION POLICY:
We kindly ask for 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This policy applies to all appointments - hair, spa and esthetics.
Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice, or missed entirely, will be charged 50% of the service(s) booked. We require the fee to be settled before rebooking. We value our artists’ time and appreciate your understanding.
